Brian Morris is the president and founder of We Fix Ugly Pools®. A Phoenix native raised in a family of educators, Brian learned early that real expertise is meant to be shared. That principle has shaped his career: he doesn’t simply complete the work, he helps homeowners and industry professionals understand how pools are built, why they fail, and what it takes to repair them properly.

Brian built his reputation by challenging the conventions of everyday pool construction. He began by transforming outdated, damaged, and sometimes unsafe pools into beautiful backyard retreats. Those repairs and dramatic remodels eventually expanded into custom pools, spas, waterfalls, outdoor kitchens, and complete outdoor-living environments. His philosophy is simple: when you have spent years taking pools apart and rebuilding them correctly, you develop a rare understanding of what can go wrong and how to prevent it.

That expertise has made Brian a trusted resource for complex pool problems. From cracked shells and raised, or “popped,” pools to structural failures and construction defects, he brings a forensic eye and decades of hands-on experience to challenges others may not know how to solve. As Brian has always said, he has never met an ugly pool he couldn’t fix.

Custom transformations remain one of his specialties. Brian and his team have cut pools in half, lengthened them, made them deeper or shallower, added benches and tanning ledges, and incorporated spas and hot tubs into existing structures. Few professionals possess his combination of technical knowledge, creative vision, and nearly three decades of proven field experience.

Today, Brian and the We Fix Ugly Pools team continue to bring ingenuity, craftsmanship, and unmistakable personality to backyards throughout the Greater Phoenix area.
